Main payment period.

If you are unable to attend during this period and proactively inform the Secretariat, 90% of the registration fee will be refunded (with a 10% administrative fee deducted).
Failure to provide refund account information within three days of the request will result in the forfeiture of refund eligibility for the representative
After March 13
As the number of participants and related arrangements must be confirmed with partner vendors in advance, refund requests will not be accepted starting from March 14 at 00:00. We appreciate your understanding.
